Shipping is always free. The only additional charge will be sales tax for Massachusetts residents.

Return Policy
If a return is necessary, please contact Cozy Puff by email or telephone within 3 days of delivery to arrange for the return and a refund.
Once Cozy Puff has been contacted and acknowledged the return, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of notification.
The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
The buyer pays for return shipping, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and Cozy Puff.
After we receive the returned item as originally sent, Cozy Puff will issue a full refund within 3 days. For the protection of the buyer and Cozy Puff, when making a refund via personal check or money order to a buyer, Cozy Puff must send the refund to the buyer in a traceable manner where receipt confirmation can be verified.
